SATSEEK uses a ‘GEOFENCE’ approach to ensure child safety.
Whether the child is at school or at home, the Geofence can be set-up in 100 metre increments to 1 Kilometre and then in one kilometre increments up to 10 kilometres.
With the Geofence set-up, if the child strays outside of the designated area the SATSEEK device will send SMS(s) at predetermined intervals to the preselected mobile phone(s) detailing the child’s exact location in Latitude and Longitude degrees and minutes and identify a point of interest near to where they can be found, eg. West of St John’s Church or East of the Tesco Store, to make locating them easier.
